At Anvie House, your satisfaction means everything to us. Each product is crafted and packed with care, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right — gently and promptly.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • In the same condition you received them

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used candles, oils, or personal care items

  • Items purchased during special promotions or final sales

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@anviehouse.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

In your email, kindly include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 24 hours to guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged or incorrect item).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, we kindly ask that you return the original product and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at anvie.house@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. We’ll make it right — with a replacement, refund, or store credit as needed.
