Processing Time

We understand the anticipation that comes with every Anvie order.

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours.

  • During peak times (holiday seasons or new collection launches), please allow up to an additional 24 hours for processing.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Shipping Time & Fees

Vietnam:

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 business days

  • Free Shipping:

    • For all orders within Ho Chi Minh City, regardless of amount

    • For nationwide orders over 800,000 VND

  • Flat Rate: 20,000 VND for orders outside HCMC under 800,000 VND

United States & Australia:

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination

Order Tracking

Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey in real time.

Delays & Customs

We strive for timely delivery, but occasional delays due to customs, weather, or local holidays may occur.
Please note that any customs duties or import taxes (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
